At its heart a Desso Grassmaster hybrid pitch, laid to international standard, with tennis and padel courts, a twenty-five metre pool and terraced gardens falling away into the pines. The scale is rare. A team can spread out across a whole campus and still feel held by it.
A long room under a timber vault, fitted with the kind of equipment built for professional athletes and a team of coaches who know how to use it. You leave a session here looser and clearer than you arrived, which is rather the point of the days.
From the Bike Shed the routes run out into the Ria Formosa natural park, quiet winding roads shaped by the campus's own cyclists. An hour out and back, the conversation finds a rhythm it never quite reaches indoors.
